Anaren is proud to sponsor the TEChack Hackathon in Syracuse, NY on August 1-2.
TEChack is a two-day hackathon at the SyracuseCoE, designed to develop IoT-enabled capabilities for products in Central New York’s thermal and environmental controls (TEC) cluster. TEChack will be led by Anaren’s own Mihir Dani, an award-winning master hackathon mentor and Syracuse University graduate.
Each participant will be provided an Anaren Bluetooth-Multi Sensor Development Kit and will use the Anaren Atmosphere development platform. Participating teams will vie for cash prizes, including:
- $100 each for 1st place team members
- $50 each for 2nd place team members
- $25 each for 3rd place team members INFORMATION:
Registration: Free. However, seating is limited and pre-registration is required.
When: An applications workshop will be held on Thursday, July 28th for distribution of the kits, and the rest of the hackathon’s activities – including a training session, team formation, and the hacking itself – will take place between Monday, August 1st and Tuesday, August 2nd.
